For all airport pick-ups, the Journey fare quoted include 30 minutes waiting time and 30 minutes parking ticket charges. Our drivers are advised to park and meet you at our designated meeting points of the arrivals inside the terminal. Or pick-Uk from assigned short stay car park pick-up aria. Parking tariffs set by the airport authorities vary at each airport.

All airport pick-ups include 30 minutes waiting time, and thereafter will be a charge, if you are experiencing prolonged delays, we recommend contacting your driver to inform him of any problems.

The 30 mins parking and waiting time we include after your scheduled pick-up time usually covers these types of incidents, but should the waiting time go over the free waiting period we offer, additional costs will be applied (waiting time at Car £0.30/minute & MPV or Minibus £0.45/minute + parking ticket at cost).

we prefer to collect you a certain number of minutes after landing. This allows you extra time to get through customs and collect your baggage. Standard Collection is 30 to 60 minutes minutes after landing which can be requested while making a booking.

Pick-ups from an address (residential or business) allow up to 10 minutes free waiting from the booking time and there after a (waiting time at Car £0.30/minute & MPV or Minibus £0.45/minute per minute) waiting charge will apply.

This means our fares are based on direct trips with passengers being ready to travel at the time of booking and place as specified.

The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures, diversions and any incidents.

For any UK address pick-up: the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the booked time. If we were unable to contact passenger (ringing the door bell and calling the contact phone number), we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.

No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by phone or email and passenger has been issued with the reference number.

There might be additional charges if the passenger has to make a stop during journey (minimum £10) or any other diversions on the way.

We will not accept any liability for the following: Severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme and poor weather conditions & other road incidents.

Cancellation should be done 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking pick-up time. Any cancellations less than 12 hours before your arranged pickup time are not refundable.

Note: For airport pickups, please use WhatsApp to contact your driver, they will be waiting at the meeting point in the arrival’s hall. If your flight arrives early, we will try but are under no obligation to pick up the passenger earlier than their specified pickup time.


Refund Policy

Refund will be issued on the following grounds:

Bookings on all credit/debit cards notified 12 hours prior to the actual pick-up time.

If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining a cancellation number.

All cancellations are subject to minimum fee of 10%


No refund will be issued for following:

Requested cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup time.

If we are unable to make contact with you by email or telephone within 35 mins after the scheduled pick-up time, your reservation is subject to a “no show” incident.

If the passenger books  for wrong Date/wrong Time/wrong flight number and other misleading information.

If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick-up place / address without informing us for any reason.
